NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF MEMBERSHIP FORMS-2026

Membership application forms for the year 2026 will be distributed in temple starting from 06th JAN 2026. Distribution days / timings have been revised with effective date 20 March 2026.

Any individual seeking membership to Hindu Sabha may pick up their membership application forms in one of two ways.

  1. In person

Membership Application forms are made available for pick up at front desk of Hindu Sabha on the following days and time.

Everyday: 12:00 PM to 04:00 PM

Additional Each Tuesday: 06:00 PM to 08:00 PM

Form Distribution will be handled by volunteers only.

  1. By Email

Request for Membership application forms may be made by email to Hindusabhamembership@gmail.com and the forms will be mailed to the given address through regular mail.

  1. Individuals seeking to pick up membership application forms in person or by email will be required to provide Photo ID and Proof of home address.
  2. Individuals are permitted to pick up membership application forms on behalf of their spouse, children, parents or other family members provided they all live at the same household.
